Launch shipping arrangements
HERE AS ME is preparing for launch and is not currently accepting orders or preorders. The shipping arrangements below describe our intended service when products become available to purchase. Current availability will be shown on each product page.

Processing
Orders to the United States, United Kingdom, Canada and Australia will be dispatched the next business day. Other destinations have a processing time of up to 2 business days. Business days exclude weekends and public holidays. Delivery estimates begin after dispatch.

Packaging
Orders will use plain, discreet packaging without a visible product or brand description on the outside.

Destinations and estimated delivery
United States, United Kingdom, Canada and Australia: approximately 2–5 business days after dispatch, using local fulfilment in each region.
European Union: approximately 3–7 days after dispatch from EU fulfilment.
Other supported countries: approximately 3–7 days after dispatch, depending on destination and customs.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary because of carrier delays, peak periods or customs. Available destinations will be shown in our country selector and checkout.

Shipping charges
Standard shipping: free to the United States, United Kingdom, Canada and Australia; US$4.99 to the European Union, Iceland, Mexico and Argentina; INR 800 to India; US$9.99 to Norway, Switzerland and Liechtenstein. Expedited shipping, where offered for the US, UK, Canada, Australia and Mexico, is US$8.99. Checkout will show the applicable rate and any currency conversion before payment.

Tracking
We will email tracking information when your order ships.

Customs and taxes
Orders fulfilled locally within the United States, United Kingdom, European Union, Canada and Australia will not cross an international border. Orders sent internationally to other destinations may incur import duties, taxes or customs fees, payable by the customer. These charges are set by the destination authorities.

Addresses and delivery issues
Please check your delivery address carefully. If a parcel is returned because of an incorrect or incomplete address, contact us to arrange reshipment; additional shipping costs may apply. If tracking stops updating or delivery is overdue, email hello@hereasme.com with your order number so we can help.
