Refund policy

HERE AS ME is preparing for launch and is not currently accepting orders or preorders. The following policy will apply to purchases when products become available. Launch-update subscriptions are free and do not reserve a product.

Return window
Contact hello@hereasme.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number or proof of purchase to request a refund or size exchange.

Requests for one or two items
You do not need to return the items. After approval, we will provide a full refund or arrange a size exchange at no extra charge.

Requests for three or more items
Contact us for return instructions before mailing anything. Items must be unworn, unwashed and in their original packaging, with tags and any hygiene seals intact. We process the refund or exchange after the warehouse receives and inspects the return. Send us your return-postage receipt so we can reimburse the cost with your refund or exchange.

International purchases
The same quantity-based policy applies internationally. We will provide the appropriate warehouse address with your return instructions. Original customs duties and taxes are not refundable by us, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

Refund timing
Approved refunds go to the original payment method within 5–10 business days; your bank may take additional time to display the credit. One- or two-item refunds are processed after approval; larger returns are processed after receipt and inspection.

Damaged, defective or incorrect items
Please email hello@hereasme.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo so we can resolve the problem at no cost to you. This reporting request does not limit any statutory rights.

Exceptions and fair use
Gift cards and final-sale items are excluded from voluntary refunds and exchanges. In cases of suspected fraud, abuse or excessive claims, we may require a return, decline a voluntary request, or limit future keep-it refunds. Nothing in this policy limits mandatory consumer rights.
